Please fill out our request form for your ordering needs. All medications must be currently on file in our office. Be sure to fill out the form completely and use a phone number that we can contact you during the day. We will call you to set up delivery time and payment method.
 
Heartgard can be ordered only if your pet has had a heartworm test in the past year.
 
If you are ordering food please note if you want the food delivered or if you are placing a special order to be picked up at the hospital.
 
Your address should be the delivery address. We may not be able to deliver to all locations. Some products will have to be shipped.
 
Allow 24-48 hours for delivery, some orders may be delivered sooner depending on demand. Due to staffing availability delivery will be Monday through Friday only.
